SPV ANAF: What the Virtual Private Space Is and How to Enroll

SPV — Virtual Private Space — is the online portal through which you communicate with ANAF: you receive notifications, file declarations, and, most importantly for invoicing, send and receive invoices through e-Factura. Without SPV, you have no access to the electronic system.

How you enroll
- With a qualified digital certificate (recommended for companies) — issued by an accredited provider. This is the method that also allows automated communication (programmatic access to e-Factura).
- With a username and password — for individuals, with an approval form filed with ANAF.
After enrollment, the company must appear in the RO e-Factura Register in order to send and receive electronic invoices.
