This policy describes the cookies used by the facturifirma app (app.facturifirma.ro) and the marketing website (facturifirma.ro), in accordance with Legea nr. 506/2004 (the Romanian law on the processing of personal data and privacy in electronic communications, transposing the ePrivacy Directive) and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), where consent is required.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small files stored in your browser, used to keep a session active or remember preferences.
2. Cookies used in the app
The app uses only essential/technical cookies, required for authentication and keeping your session active (e.g. session token, CSRF protection). These cannot be disabled without breaking the app and do not require consent, as they are strictly necessary to provide the Service.
3. Cookies on the marketing website
The marketing website (facturifirma.ro) does not use analytics or advertising cookies by default. If we introduce analytics tools in the future, they will be enabled only with your consent, via a cookie banner.
4. Managing cookies
You can manage or delete cookies from your browser settings. Blocking the app's essential cookies will prevent authentication and use of the Service.
